Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOUR: Light amber.
BOUQUET: Intense with soft spicy notes.
FLAVOUR: Mature, deep and velvety. Great
balance with harmonious woody notes. Aftertaste
long and persistent.
PAIRINGS: Dried fruits, nuts, almonds, sweets and
chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses.
TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Taste at a
temperature of around 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or
baloon glass with or without stem (cognac type)
temperatures between 9 and 12 °C, in a tulip glass.
