Vinification: pressing with ancient press. Alcoholic fermentation in cement vats with 25 days of maceration
Ageing: 45 months in cement, 6 in barrels and 6 in bottles
Colour: ruby red
Nose: penetrating balsamic, with aromas of liquorice, undergrowth fruit, oriental spices, mineral, slight hints of incense
Taste: velvety, ample and great structure, fresh savoury and with great persistence in the aromatic returns
Format: 0.75 l bottle - 1.5 l magnum
