Soil: These are all medium-hilly vineyards with excellent exposure, rich soils of calcareous marl with good permeability. Prevailing exposure: west, south-west. Production area owned by the company: 3 hectares.
Harvest: Manual
Vinification: Maceration with the skins in steel vats at controlled temperature for 4 days, then racking and completion of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel (approx. 20 days) where, keeping the temperature controlled, malolactic fermentation also takes place. Maturation continues in stainless steel for several months, until the following summer, when it is bottled without filtering or clarification.
Colour: intense ruby red with deep violet notes
Nose: broad, floral, clean-cut, with captivating vinosity where notes of violet and bonbon prevail
Taste: Fresh, soft, well-balanced and only slightly tannic, where the young vegetable notes blend elegantly with the right alcohol content
