Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation (20 °C) in stainless steel tanks
Maturation: four months on fine lees in cement vats until bottling
Colour: pale straw yellow
Nose: floral, finely fruity hints of apple and tropical fruit
Taste: pleasant and refreshing acidity that accompanies the mineral notes, giving a fine harmonic finish
