Grappa obtained from two varieties of Trentino white grape pomace, Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau. The distillation takes place slowly using the Bain-Marie method in a discontinuous steam still, which preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines, guaranteeing the best results in terms of aromas and fragrances. Chardonnay is a grape variety grown in the Vallagarina (lower Trentino) at altitudes between 200 and 500 metres above sea level. Müller Thurgau, an indigenous Trentino grape variety, is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some high hill areas of Vallagarina and in Val di Cembra. With the skilful union of these two varieties we obtain "Delicata", a grappa with a typically herbaceous aroma, a soft structure, fresh and particularly elegant.
