Marzadro Grappa Bivitigno Aromatica 70 cl

Grappa obtained from two varieties of Trentino white grape marc, Gewürtztraminer and Moscato. The distillation takes place slowly using the Bain-Marie method in a discontinuous steam still, which preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines, guaranteeing the best results in terms of aromas and fragrances. Moscato is grown in the sunny soils of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello. Gewürtztraminer, an indigenous grape variety of Trentino Alto Adige, is cultivated in this region between 300 and 500 metres above sea level. By skilfully blending these two varieties, we obtain "Aromatica", a grappa with an intensely aromatic, floral bouquet, with citrus notes and a harmonious, velvety structure.
