Soil: flat area consisting of the alluvial cone of the Cellina torrent. It is a thick mattress of alluvial sediments of calcareous-dolomitic nature of fluvioglacial origin located at the foot of the Dolomites.
Grape harvest: manual
Vinification: white blend obtained from grapes harvested at the end of the harvest. The grapes are destemmed to be sent to a short pre-fermentative stop at controlled temperature, in contact with the skins. The grapes are then vacuum-pressed and, after the static decantation of the must and the innocuous use of selected yeasts, the mass is sent to fermentation at a constant temperature (14-16° C.). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks
Refinement: once the fermentation is over, the wine matures in the fermentation tanks on fine deposit
Colour: intense straw yellow
Perfume: warm notes of very ripe fruit
Taste: pleasant fullness and roundness, it is a wine where the right acidity is well masked by the elegant body. A game of balances that make this wine pleasantly unique.
