ORGANOLEPTICAL EXAMPLE: straw yellow colour with golden hues, intense and elegant hints of white and yellow flowers, with locust and broom in evidence, and yellow fruit pulp, with typical varietal hints of chamomile and star anise. In the mouth it surprises the freshness of the acidity that makes the wine suitable to accompany fresh cheeses and preparations of pitch and white meat with a tendency to fat and soft.

"Although sometimes the winemaker is in the spotlight for the evocative beauty of his activity, we do not like to exhibit a work almost as old as man. We do not like following fashions or shouting about our belonging to one or another current. We simply follow our path without excesses, step by step, with the commitment and time that the vineyard requires. With the experience that is gradually forming over the years, we are always curious to deal with old and new techniques, while maintaining the awareness of our limitations and our ingenuity. We work to leave our children with an intact and living land, where they can spend the time of the fullness of their strength.
