Chianti wines can be made from any number of clones of Sangiovese, and likewise the wines embrace a wide range of flavors and aromatic profiles. Young, fresh Chianti can offer notes of raspberry and sage on the nose and an almost ephemeral mouth, supported by a slightly astringent acidity.

LAND: of alluvial origin, calcareous in nature, fine texture
HARVEST: manual in box with selection in the vineyard
WINE-MAKING: without the use of selected yeasts, pumping over and delestage, maceration for 25 days.
