The Nino Franco winery was founded in Valdobbiadene, a small town in the Treviso area protected by the rolling hills of the Veneto region, shaped by the numerous vineyards of the glera grape, traditionally known as prosecco.
Brilliant straw yellow. Persistent perlage. It offers hints of white flowers and fruity aromas, in particular the scent of Williams pear. It leaves the palate soft, proving delicate but at the same time crystal clear. It is dry, fresh and persistent.
Grape variety and origin: 100% Glera, from the medium and high hillside vineyards of the classic production area.
Wine-making technique: Crushing, destemming, cooling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequent re-fermentation in autoclave.
After bottling, it remains in the cellar for 30 days. Charmat method.
Typology: Brut.
Colour: Brilliant straw yellow.
Bouquet: Fruity and floral, with evident notes of Williams pear and white flowers.
Taste: Soft, crystalline and delicate on the palate.
Serving suggestions: For aperitifs with finger food and "cicchetti" or for light appetizers and delicate dishes.
