Production method
This wine is made from the second fermentation,
called ripasso. In the month of March, the fresh
and young vintage Valpolicella is put
to referment on the skins, still slightly
sweet, of Amarone Classico.
Wine maturation
In 75-hectoliter French oak barrels
for 12 months, plus an additional year in tanks
100-hectoliter cement tanks.

Medium-bodied wine with gentle spicy notes
of vanilla and chocolate, accompanied by typical
notes of cherry, black cherry and white pepper.
The palate is characterized by easy drinkability,
typical of Valpolicella, and, at the same time,
for a silky tannic structure and a persistence
intense and prolonged aromatics. The finish is fresh,
soft and savory. Classically styled wine,
elegant, balanced, harmonious.
