Trentino's only native white grape variety finds its best development and gives excellent final results in the Valle dei Laghi area. The typically Mediterranean climate of this valley allows Nosiola grapes to be dried for the production of Vino Santo Classico-Trentino Doc. The Nosiola vine is a variety that is still semi-wild (the tendency of the shoots is almost bushy) and therefore difficult to care for, also because it is delicate and sensitive to disease. The low yield per hectare contributes to creating an authentic wine for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
