GROWTH: guyot
YIELD PER HECTARE: 85 q/Ha
SOIL: gravelly, calcareous
HARVEST: manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard
VINIFICATION: short maceration with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20°.
AGEING: in steel
AGING: in glass
ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES: straw yellow colour tending to golden yellow, spicy aromatic nose, full and dry, fresh, pleasant flavour
