Saint Aubin Rum XO ( 70cl 44%) -on

The juice from the first pressing is distilled using our traditional copper still. The rum was matured in a combination of new French oak and ex-cognac barrels for a minimum of 6 years, resulting in a rum with extraordinary complexity.

The nose expresses notes of candied fruit, vanilla and toast, while the palate is complex and woody, with notes of vanilla, dried fruit, tobacco and sweet spices.
