Production area: 'Is Crabilis' (Serdiana) and 'Acquasassa' (Ussana).
Soil: clayey-calcareous, rich in skeleton, medium hill (150/180 m above sea level).
Harvest: manual
Vinification: the grapes after crushing and destemming macerate with the addition of selected yeasts for about 6/7 days. After maceration, fermentation continues at controlled temperature.
Refinement: at the end of fermentation the product continues its refinement in cement and stainless steel for about six months after which it will be bottled for another 2/3 months in the bottle.
Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Bouquet: fresh and intense, with nuances of ripe red fruit and vegetal notes.
Taste: dry and soft, with good structure and taste-olfactory persistence
