The Benito Ferrara farm has ancient roots, dating back to the dawn of the last century. Today it covers 8 hectares. All the areas planted with vines fall in the municipality of Tufo, at the hamlet of San Paolo, in an area traditionally devoted to the cultivation of the Greco di Tufo vine, and in the municipality of Montemiletto for the production of the Aglianico vine.
Vinification: in white soft pressing and controlled fermentation all in stainless steel aisi 316Esame Organoleptic: more or less intense straw yellow color, the smell pleasant floral and fruity notes, dry taste, harmonious and hints of bitter almond.
