ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The colour fully reveals the typicality of American Ale: dark amber, with good clarity and intensity. The abundance of the foam is immediately striking: its retention on the glass suggests an abundant hopping.
The nose immediately perceives the fragrant citrus and resinous scents of American hops. Remarkable is their intensity, well supported by ample scents of malt such as caramel and Crystal. In the mouth the beer is moderately carbonated, has a medium body and its balance is shifted towards hops. The goal of highlighting the distinctive aromatic charge of these hops is fully achieved. With strength they are felt throughout the entire tasting process to finally give an intense and pleasant bitterness.
