Soil: Volcanic, rich in tuff and basalt
Harvesting: the grapes are selected with great care, only the most sparse bunches are selected and suitable for drying in a naturally ventilated environment for about three months.
Vinification: the grapes are crushed and the must, after natural decantation, is fermented in oak barrels. The very slow fermentation lasts about a month.
Refinement: it takes place for 12 months in the barrels where fermentation took place. After bottling the wine ages for a further 6 months in the bottle.
Colour: bright gold
Bouquet: the nose is expressed with fresh notes of tropical fruit, apricot and candied fruit.
Taste: when tasted, the wine is creamy, sweetness and softness are in perfect balance with freshness and sapidity.
