Wine Making
Vinification:
fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 28 °C (82,4° F) in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for about 20 days.
Ageing:
5 years. At least 24 months in 25-30hl (660-792 gal) Slavonian oak.

this Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is the complexed result of a superb and noble wine from the selection of the best grapes from our estate. Complex and concentrated aromas, excellent with distinctive flavors of mature red fruits, spices and leather. Rich and robust the wines is extremely elegant with silky tannins and a very long finish.
