Soil: calcareous and gravelly moraines in Pianizza di Sotto/Caldaro; calcareous gravel interspersed with tongues of clay in Corona/Cortaccia
Harvest: manual
Vinification: cold maceration for 8 hours in the press. Fermentation at controlled temperature (18-22°)
Ageing: maturation for 9 months in wooden barrels (Tonneau). Maturation in bottle for 6 months
Colour: straw yellow
Nose: complex notes of tropical fruits
Taste: complex, full-bodied and mineral, in perfect harmony with acidity
