Vinification: after a maceration period of 6-8 hours, the grapes ferment in steel tanks at a temperature of 20 °C. The wine is then matured for six months on the fine lees

Taste: elegant body and fine structure, decidedly savoury, refreshes the mouth with well-calibrated acidity
