Production area: vineyards south of Magrè, hilly vineyards in Cortaccia with southern and south-eastern exposure at 210 - 450 m above sea level.
Soil: calcareous gravel of morainal sediments in Cortaccia and sandy alluvial soils in Magrè
Harvest: manual
Vinification: after temperature-controlled fermentation, 50% matures for seven months on the first yeasts in large oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. The remaining 50% ferments in steel tanks where it is left to mature, again for seven months, on the fine lees
Colour: brilliant straw yellow
Nose: balanced hints of pineapple and banana
Taste: well structured, leaves a pleasantly salty note
