Production area: vineyards south of Magrè, hilly vineyards in Cortaccia with southern and south-eastern exposure at 210 - 600 m a.s.l.
Soil: calcareous gravel of morainal sediments in Cortaccia and sandy alluvial soil in Magrè
Harvest: manual
Vinification: after temperature-controlled fermentation, 50% matures for seven months on the first yeasts in large oak, with regular bâtonnage. The remaining 50% ferments in steel tanks where it is left to mature, again for seven months, on the fine lees
Colour: brilliant yellow with green reflections
Nose: intense floral bouquet with fruity hints reminiscent of ripe apples
Taste: the body is powerful and well-proportioned, the finish long and persistent. In the mouth it is pleasantly dry, subtle and velvety, fresh and lively
