Production Area: Mariano del Friuli - DOC Isonzo del Friuli
Soil: dry and warm, of medium texture: composed of the stones of the river Isonzo and noble clays.
Grape harvest: manual
Vinification: soft pressing of the whole grapes, static decantation of the must at 10-12° c.
Refinement: the alcoholic fermentation begins in steel and continues in new 300 L barriques. It refines for a period of 8/12 months, with frequent bâtonnage. It is then bottled and marketed
Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections, of good concentration
Bouquet: bewitching nose with smoky and toasty notes. Hazelnuts, almonds and cashews, but also vanilla and cinnamon, enrich the olfactory bouquet
Taste: of good balance between freshness and softness with aromatic persistence of great elegance. Flavours of spices and vanilla, flanked by continuous fruity hints.
