Production Area: San Quirino (PN) - Friuli Venezia Giulia
Soil: flat area consisting of the alluvial cone of the Cellina torrent. It is a thick mattress of alluvial sediments of calcareous-dolomitic nature of fluvioglacial origin located at the foot of the Dolomites.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes (0.20 Atm) with vacuum presses. The must thus obtained is cleaned by static decantation. After the innocuous use of selected yeasts, fermentation starts at controlled temperature (18-20°C) with continuous management of fermentation dynamics.
Ageing: at the end of fermentation the wine remains on the noble lees until bottling.
Colour: pale straw yellow
Perfume: yellow flowers, sage, mint, pepper and tomato leaf. When ripe, hints of peach and apricot.
Taste: good structure and acidity
Acidity: 6.7 g/l
Size: 0,75 lt bottle
Alcoholic Grade: 12.5% vol.
