Production Area: San Quirino (PN) - Friuli Venezia Giulia
Soil: flat area consisting of the alluvial cone of the Cellina torrent. It is a thick mattress of alluvial sediments of calcareous-dolomitic nature of fluvioglacial origin located at the foot of the Dolomites.
Vinification: the grapes, after soft pressing with vacuum presses, and direct harmlessness of selected yeasts, are sent to fermentation at controlled temperature (12 - 14 °C).
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense bouquet, with notes reminiscent of melon, peach and citrus flowers.
Flavour: fresh, not edgy, pleasantly acidulous
Acidity: 5.4 g/l
