Mezcal Local is the perfect compromise: we have created a taste that is accessible to new Mezcal consumers, but at the same time sophisticated to seduce the most discerning palates. Our product is a pechuga-type mezcal: this means that during the distillation process we use the heart of the agave, as well as a combination of fruits. The agave heart, which acts as a natural purifier, infuses its distinctive notes, resulting in a spirit of excellence. Each bottle, handcrafted, is unique.
