It derives from the selection of the best Trentino pomace, from selected vines and distilled in the typical alembic still. The resulting Grappa is left to refine for a minimum of eighteen months in small barrels made of various precious woods, placed in the silence of a dark and muffled environment. Slowly, over time, the wood-Grappa combination evolves to create full harmony, while the final blend is expressed in the ethereal perfume, in the round taste with a hint of vanilla.
