The new Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% Frantoio was born from the pressing of only olives of the type "Frantoio".
It is our first monocultivar.
The olives were harvested in mid-October and pressed immediately, to preserve the peculiarities of this exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The nose gives hints of leaf, green apple and artichoke. Fruity with a light spicy note, it is perfect for all dishes. Exquisite on soups, with cooked vegetables, on bruschettas or with grilled meat.
