Aging that improves grappa

Villa de Varda has great experience in the aging of Grappa, we use barrels created especially for us and we carefully follow the entire production cycle: from the origin of the plants, to the type of processing and toasting that the fine oak, acacia and cherry woods undergo to obtain barrels with unique characteristics. These attentions will give the final product organoleptic peculiarities of great value.

VISUAL EXAMINATION: soft amber and inviting.

NOSE: seductive, sunny, articulate, fine, aristocratic, generous, very persistent, with balanced hints of fresh bread, pastries, honey, dried fruit and freshly shelled almond.

FLAVOUR: soft, delicate, graceful, fine, complex, harmonious, with great aromatic richness, toasted notes and hints of spices, vanilla, almond, cocoa and licorice.
