Aging that improves grappa

Villa de Varda has great experience in the aging of Grappa, we use barrels created especially for us and we carefully follow the entire production cycle: from the origin of the plants, to the type of processing and toasting that the fine oak, acacia and cherry woods undergo to obtain barrels with unique characteristics. These attentions will give the final product organoleptic peculiarities of great value.

Moscato Riserva grappa is the soft and aromatic grappa par excellence, rare and sought after by lovers of gentle distillates.

An aromatic grape variety

The Muscat grape variety, as stingy in quantity of clusters as it is abundant in aroma and quality, gives us this soft and precious grappa.

VISUAL EXAMINATION: deep amber, tending to golden yellow.

BOUQUET: aristocratic, enveloping, fine, warm, delicate, harmonious, seductive, with clear fruity hints of the grape of origin, exotic fruit, pineapple, very ripe citrus and rennet apple, enriched by nutty and floral notes of elderflower, soft lily of the valley, acacia, wisteria and rosemary.

FLAVOUR: particularly soft, suave, pleasant, velvety, sweet, vegetal, fine, with a wide variety of aromatic, balsamic and toasted sensations.
