Bertani's Amarone Riserva grappa is the result of the encounter between a unique distillation method, that of Villa de Varda, and one of Italy's finest wines, Amarone della Valpolicella from the historic Bertani winery. Aged in the same barrels that aged Bertani's wine, this riserva grappa is a distillate with an elegant and sensual taste, whose vinous scent only reminds one with every sip of the extraordinary wine from which it comes.
Bertani's Amarone Riserva Grappa di Amarone has an intense amber color, yellow tending to gold, which is reflected in its broad, sunny bouquet. The taste is soft, round, with an authoritative aromatic and floral bouquet. Like the other grappas in the Gran Cru line, Amarone Riserva is packaged in an elegant mahogany wood case and embellished with a numbered technical data sheet hand-signed by master distiller Luigi Dolzan.
Passito grape skins of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella obtained from the
vinification of Amarone wine from the "Bertani" winery, with soft pressing and
distilled immediately after racking
