Grappa Riserva Sherry Cask is the result of a collaboration between the Villa de Varda distillery, distillers of Grappa in Trentino, Italy, and the ancient Bodegas Alvaro Domecq in Jerez De La Frontera, Spain. This precious Grappa was aged in new barrels and then aged in the casks previously used to mature Alvaro Domecq's precious Sherry wine.
This extraordinary union resulted in a Grappa Riserva of great aromatic richness with toasted, fruity and floral notes.
GRAPES: 100% grape skins of Pinot Noir from Trentino.
VISUAL EXAMINATION: bright golden yellow.
BOUQUET: of noble finesse and intensity with delicate hints of fresh pastry and sweet expeziation.
