This Grappa Riserva, after an initial period in our new barrels, underwent a second passage in the casks previously used to age the renowned Ballechin peated whisky.
This perfect harmony between the Reserve Grappa and the pronounced peatiness above 50 ppm gives great complexity and persistence to this highly prized distillate.
GRAPES: 100% grape skins of Pinot Noir from Trentino.
