The fantastic world of stills, in addition to creating wonderful spirits, allows for the cultivation of friendships and bonds

among families who share the same passion. Great esteem and respect for the work of others arose between the Dolzan family of the Villa de Varda distillery and the Vallet family of the Château Montifaud distillery, producers of Cognac from grapes grown in the renowned Grand and Petit Champagne areas of France.

This Reserve Grappa, initially matured in our new barrels, then went on to be aged in casks previously used for the long years of aging of the prestigious "Château Montifaud" Cognac.

This union between our Reserve Grappa and ex-Cognac casks resulted in a distillate of extraordinary elegance and refinement to be enjoyed in unique and special moments.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% grape skins of Pinot Noir from Trentino.

VISUAL EXAMINATION: bright golden yellow.

BOUQUET: of noble finesse and intensity with delicate hints of fresh pastry and sweet expeziation.
