Gin Portobello Road Old Reserve 101 (70cl 50.5%) -on

Created to celebrate the brand's 10th birthday. The base is a rich British potato spirit, let's age it spirit, resting it in oak before distillation, essentially using oak as the botanical so it retains all that rich, delicious flavor, but no color. Then it is steeped the classic London Dry botanicals -- however with 50 percent more juniper -- for 48 hours instead of 24. The spirit is cut with Vichy Catalan water, the most mineral-rich water in the world, creating an incredibly unique spirit; finally it is bottled at 50.5 percent alcohol (known in the United States as 101 Proof).
