PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
The individual grape varieties are distilled separately in the autumn, only later is a single Cuvée created, which is then left to mature for a minimum of 36 months in selected French oak barriques. After the long ageing period, the Grappa Invecchiata can be bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Grappa Invecchiata 3 anni encompasses the characteristics of each grape variety, combining slightly fruity hints with vanilla and cocoa notes given by the Barrique. On the palate, it has excellent persistence and roundness, with hints of the vines of origin flanked by notes of wood.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 18 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
