PROCESSING :

This Grappa is prepared with a discontinuous bain-marie still and a simple sprig and a few juniper berries. At the base of this infusion we also find berries that are still whole and will yield their unique resinous flavour over time.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Juniper Grappa has structured, variegated and resinous notes. It has an intense flavour with fresh and particularly aromatic notes.

It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
