PROCESSING :

Grappa, the result of a cuvée of different grape varieties distilled in a discontinuous bain-marie still, is infused with gentian roots. During the cold maceration of the roots, the Grappa develops a unique aroma with extraordinary digestive power.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Gentian Grappa is dry but intriguing both to the nose and palate, returning a pleasantly bitter note.

It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
