PROCESSING :

The woodruff is a particularly demanding plant, which only if harvested at the right time can return the maximum expression of its aromas. Combined in infusion with a cuvée of Grappa distilled in discontinuous bain-marie stills, it creates a fresh and elegant Grappa with a unique and easily recognisable flavour. It is known in popular tradition for its digestive powers.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Grappa all'asperula is delicate, with a light and pleasant scent of hay. Both on the nose and palate it is very subtle and elegant.

It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
