PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Pilzer Apple Brandy is made from top-quality fruit grown in Trentino. Apples grown in the mountains have a special flavour, which synthesises the difficult and fascinating alpine environment in the fruit. After harvesting, the apples are stored for a short time and then processed into puree. This is followed by careful fermentation and slow distillation in discontinuous bain-marie stills. The brandy produced is stored for a period of over a year in steel tanks before being bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Brilliant and colourless, the Apple Brandy reveals on the nose the starting fruit: ripe Golden apple, with well harmonised complex floral notes. The taste clearly reveals the starting fruit, the first alcoholic impact giving way to a pleasant taste of Apple, intense and almost sweet, with a persistent and delicate aftertaste.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
