PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Moscato Rosa is a scarcely cultivated and very demanding vine variety, of low and inconstant production, capable of giving very aromatic grapes. Once the precious skins have been found, they are stored for a few days before being processed. The distillation of this variety becomes a ritual and the attention given to the running of the still verges on the extreme in order to extract the dedicated aromatic notes. After distillation, the grappa is stored at a high degree in steel for several months before being bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Grappa Historiae Moscato Rosa presents itself with a delicate and light rose petal fragrance that is destined to become richer after a few minutes with pleasant nuances. The taste is pleasantly warm and long lasting. It is a grappa for meditation, it needs a few moments in the glass to give its best.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
