PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
The skins of the Nosiola grapes, a variety of white grape native to Trentino, arrive fresh at the distillery and are fermented in small tanks. Distillation can start after a few days or wait for some time, depending on the vintage. Before being bottled, Grappa di Nosiola rests in steel tanks at full alcohol content for at least a year.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Grappa di Nosiola has a delicate, floral and slightly spicy aroma. Over time its perfume evolves, enriching itself with a delicate hazelnut note. The taste expresses a series of complex, harmonious and pleasant sensations, with a persistent aftertaste.
TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serving temperature 16 °C. Store in a cool, dark place.
