The goal of 400 Rabbits Gin is to achieve a base that is linear, gentle and particularly characterizing, yet as suitable as possible to enhance the flavoring.

Gin 400 Conigli Volume4 Peach is made exclusively from the infusion, in a juniper distillate, of selected peach pulp, without the addition of any essential oils or synthetic flavorings.

The filtration is also entirely artisanal: once decanting is complete, the resulting product is taken "by gravity," followed by an unforced carton roughing filtration and a subsequent fine filtration without depleting the distillate of its most aromatic components.
