The goal of 400 Rabbits Gin is to achieve a base that is linear, gentle and particularly characterizing, yet as suitable as possible to enhance the flavoring.

Gin 400 Conigli Volume 3 Cardamom is made exclusively from the infusion, in a juniper distillate, of cardamom seeds from India andMalaysia, without the addition of any essential oils or synthetic flavorings. The processing steps, entirely artisanal, are complex: starting from the softening of the seeds in a bain-marie, to the crushing of the pod and subsequent decanting. Filtration, in linen and cotton, is also entirely artisanal.
