Altolago Rosso

Produced from a blend of Merlot grapes that provide structure and spiciness and Rebo grapes that provide fruit and fragrance. The grapes are vinified with medium maceration and after a period of ageing in steel, the wine is bottled in late spring. Ruby red in colour, the nose conveys notes of small fruits while the palate is gentle, soft and savoury. A well-balanced and undemanding wine.
