Gin Bond Street (70cl 47%) - crb

Created by brothers Martin and Andy Dawzon in the late 1990s, Bond Street is a gin whose recipe appears to date back 200 years. Bond Street Gin is made with a combination of 10 botanicals (herbs, spices and fruits,) from three continents. Placed in a pure grain spirit that has been distilled four times, the botanicals macerate for 24 hours, after which the fifth and final distillation takes place. The botanicals that give Bond Street Gin its distinctive flavor are lemon peel, orange peel, cinnamon, cassia bark, iris, juniper, licorice, nutmeg, angelica root, and coriander seed.
