"Crafting the New Luxury" is the ambitious mission of this company, which wants to become a world leader in the production of high-quality sustainable spirits. In particular, the "Jin Esical Project" initiative is a perfect example of the circular model on which their business is based. Sake lees, the result of the sake production process, are redistilled into gin. This, once bottled, is marketed, and the proceeds from the sale used to buy rice that is given to the brewery so that it can produce sake again and from this the lees useful for distilling gin.

Thus "LAST" was born: this is the first ethical gin, a concentrate of aromas, a true olfactory experience in its liquid state.
