Born in Ho Chi Minh City, historically known as Saigon, Baigur Dry Gin is produced in the first craft distillery to use a traditional copper still, as well as being the first premium dry gin to be produced in the Vietnamese city. The still from Europe allows the master distiller to distill each batch by hand, using only the best ingredients.
Saigon Baigur Dry Gin is the result of combining 12 distinctive local botanicals (Juniper Berry, Buddha's Hand, Lotus Flower, Cinnamon, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Nutmeg, Licorice, Phu Quoc Pepper, Cardamom, Thanh Long, Dai Hui, Lemongrass, Chili Pepper, Lemon Peel), combined with 4 classic gin ingredients. It is this unique combination that gives rise to the fresh and vibrant taste of the gin, inspired by its city of origin.
