Bosque Craft Gin is an Argentine craft gin, produced and fermented in Patagonia by the famous Temple Brewery. In the selection of the botanicals used, the company seeks the highest quality and the closest possible adherence to the tastes and aromas that can best express the identity of this extraordinary land, turning mainly to local producers.
Therefore, in the maceration process, cardamom, coriander, orange blossom, lemon verbena, grapefruit zest, lemon peel and cloves are used in addition to wild Patagonian juniper, the real keystone of this product.
While some of the botanicals contribute to an aromatic profile that, like this land, presides over the boundaries of the known, others evoke subtle sensory contradictions that alternate between a barely noticeable pungency and a very rounded sweetness.
The wild Patagonian juniper gives Gin Bosque Craft Alta Montana a special profile and differentiates it from better known gins. After four distillations, only the heart of the gin is brought to bottling, discarding in good proportions the heads and tails of each batch. Its 53 grdi make it a perfect gin for purists and martinians.
All processed by hand, every step of the way.
